stable surface.
Always be sure to unplug the appliance
from outlet prior to assembly,
disassembly, cleaning, and storage.
Avoid contact with moving parts.
Do not put ngers, hair, clothing, or
other objects into the Blender while

lodged in the Blades, turn off and
unplug the Power Blender before trying
to remove it.
Do not operate this appliance with
a damaged cord, damaged plug,
after the appliance malfunctions, is
dropped, or damaged in any manner.
Refrain from using attachments that
are not recommended by the appliance
manufacturer, as this may result in re,
electric shock, or personal injury.
This appliance is not intended for use
by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge unless they are provided
with supervision and instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
Do not use appliance outdoors or for
commercial purposes.
Never leave appliance unattended
when in use.
Do not let the cord touch hot surfaces
or hang over the edge of tables or
counters.
Always make sure the Pitcher is
securely in place before engaging the
motor. Do not remove pitcher before
blender has nished blending.
Make sure dial is in the standby
position with Position Indicator
pointing towards the Power Indicator
Light, before and after each use.
Make sure the motor stops completely
before disassembling.
Do not use the appliance if any of the
parts are damaged.
Make sure the Lid is closed tightly
during blending to prevent liquid from
splashing out.
Caution: Blades are sharp and can
cause injury! Handle and clean with
care. Wash using a brush or gloves.
Do not touch small cutting blades in
the base of the pitcher.
Do not place appliance on or near a
hot gas burner, hot electric burner, or
in a heated oven.
Never immerse the Motor Base or
power cord in water or any other liquid;
instead, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not operate the appliance with wet
hands or while the Pitcher is empty.
Do not operate this appliance with an
external timer. When blending thick or
dry food for a prolonged period of time,
the temperature monitoring system
may shut down the motor to prevent
overheating. This may also occur when
the Blender is overloaded. Unplug the
Blender and place the Motor Base in a
well ventilated area allowing it to cool
down for 45 minutes. Try removing
some of the food before beginning to
blend again.
Keep hands and utensils out of the
Pitcher while the motor is running to
prevent injuries or damages.
When making hot food, it is highly
recommended to start at a low setting
and gradually increase the speed
setting or simply use the PULSE mode.
When making sauces, stufng,
nuts, etc., put in between 2-3 cups
of ingredients at a time. Keep the
blending time below 2 minutes to
prevent the motor from overloading
or overheating. If the motor stops
abruptly, allow the motor temperature
to decrease before beginning to blend
again.
Always place soft or liquid food before
hard food or ice cubes.
Wait until the blade comes to a
complete stop before picking up the
Pitcher or else the Drive Gear may
become damaged.
If the Motor Base gives off a burnt
smell, immediately turn off and unplug
the Power Blender. This can be caused
by abrasion of the Rubber Base. Make
sure the Rubber Base is properly
assembled. Allow appliance to cool for
at least 10 minutes before resuming
use. If smell persists, discontinue use
and call customer service.
Do not operate for more than 10
minutes at a time.
Extension cords are not recommended
for use with this appliance. However, if
an extension cord must be used, make
sure the electrical rating of the wire is
compatible with the Power Blender.
Improper use of the Power Blender can
result in property damage or even in
personal injury.
StoreBound shall not accept liability
for damages caused by improper use
of the appliance.
This appliance has a polarized plug
(one blade is wider than the other).
To reduce the risk of electric shock,
this plug will t in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not
completely t in the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not t, contact a
qualied electrician. Do not modify the
plug in any way.
