5. Press plate sagging -oil loss
Problem Reason Remedy
Oil loss caused by
sagging press plate
Bypass hole in the valve
intermediate plate allows air
to flow from tank into the
cylinder, causing press plate
to sink down. Because now
additional oil out of the
cylinder flows back, the oil
tank cannot hold the
increased volume and
overflows.
Change valve intermediate
plate to upgraded version
and change program chip.
Dispose leaked oil
