Poor water circulation
Please check pump speed, air locks,
autobypass valve setting.

Loose PCB Connection
Check both ends of all pcb
connections are tted correctly and
sat in rmly.
EA Power supply to the boiler is too high.
Check supply voltage & correct.
Re-check all wiring to the unit.
Indicators on the control
panel are off.
Power supply failure. Re-check all wiring to the unit.
Loose connection from the control
board to main PCB.
Check the wiring and reseat
connection if loose.
Display board failure.

Control panel is not
registering touch
commands.
Display board failure.
Heating temperature is
low/the device is not
heating up.
Heating element failure
Thermal cut-out failure
Triac burnout
Control board failure
The hot water for the
showers/taps is not hot
enough.
The mains water ow rate is too high.
Reduce water ow to a suitable level
to allow element to heat incoming wa-
ter. If problem persists please contact

The temperature setting for the boiler
is too low.
Adjust the temperature setting via the
control panel on the boiler.
