X
Glass: Clean side glass, front curved glass and sliding glass rear doors (optional)
with a household or commercial glass cleaner.
X Dipwell™ Cistern:
 The Dipwell™ cistern is to be filled with water for thawing gelato scoops.
 Cistern must be entirely removed from case for cleaning (no tools required).
 To clean cistern, rotate the water spout (that prevents cistern from being
lifted upward). Grasp edges of cistern; lift up and off case.
 Submerse in hot water and clean with mild detergent and soft-bristled brush.
 Rinse with clean water to remove all soap residue.
 Dry with clean cloth or paper towel and return cistern to case.

Interior
X Pans and Supports: Remove pans & supports (leaving fan cover panels in case).
Submerse in hot, soapy water and wash with sponge or clean cloth. Rinse, dry,
and return to case.
X Rear Sliding Doors: Remove rear doors and clean with a household or
commercial cleaner (service cases only).
X Extended Internal Cleaning: Extended internal cleaning required ensure proper
performance.
