If you find water on the floor near your Structural Concepts Commercial Food Equipment, immediately use a wet-dry vacuum or a mop and bucket to remove the standing water. You can also use catch pans for the water to drain into, swapping them out regularly until the case has completely drained. Make sure the drain trap is free of debris and that the drain hose is correctly positioned over the floor drain. Check store conditions. To prevent condensation in Type 1 environments, maximum conditions are to be 55% humidity / 75 °Fahrenheit. For Type 2 environments, maximum conditions are to be 60% humidity / 80 °Fahrenheit. Also, verify that the overflow evaporator pan is plugged in and operating correctly. Check if the wicking material needs replacement.
