  If your Structural Concepts Merchandiser isn't holding the correct temperature, there are several things you can check: * If you've recently added a large amount of warm product, allow time for the temperature to adjust. Always pre-chill products before placing them in the case. * Ensure that the air return grilles (located at the front of the unit) are free from obstructions. Avoid placing products on the air grilles, as this will disrupt proper airflow. * Make sure the case isn't in direct sunlight or near heat or air-conditioning vents.

  If one or more case lights on your Structural Concepts Merchandiser aren't working, check that ALL of the light cords and plugs are properly connected. Ensure the oval plug connects correctly to the oval form of the LED light, and the power end of the cord connects at the “red dot” marker on the LED lamp.
