level while introducing soft clipping

or an adapter with the following

Connect a TRS expression pedal for full-time
volume pedal functionality.

Connect Strymon MiniSwitch for remote selection of a favorite setting. To use
MIDI with Compadre, connect a Strymon MultiSwitch Plus or any MIDI controller
