pleasure, comfort and safety. Manufactured with the greatest
care from high quality materials and components, it will work
for many years without any problems.
If, despite our best efforts, a fault should occur, we undertake
to resolve it.
However, you have to register your product to ensure that our
customer service offers you the best possible attention and is
able to meet your needs effectively.
Stûv commercial guarantee
The Stûv guarantee covers all end purchasers (users) of a Stûv
system. It enters into force on the invoice date of the original
sale from the seller to the purchaser.
Duration of the guarantee
Without prejudice to the guarantee covering latent defects,
the Stûv commercial guarantee is for:
5 years on the body of the stove
3 years on other components (base grate, door mechanism,
hinges, pulleys, runners, clasps,...)
Applicable to stoves sold after 01/07/2010. Only the sales
invoice produced by the distributor for the final purchaser is
valid as proof for the guarantee.
For purchases prior to 01/07/2010, please refer to the
guarantee conditions contained in the installation
instructions/directions for usage provided with the stove.
Conditions of application of guarantee
To benefit from this commercial
uarantee,
ou must correctl
complete and return the guarantee form to us within 30 days
of purchase.
You will then receive your Stûv guarantee certificate by e-mail
to the address indicated or by post. Keep this document safe.
In the event of problems with your stove, please contact your
distributor. You must present him/her with this certificate for
the commercial guarantee to apply

fonctionnera des années sans problème.

ré notre attention, il devait présenter une défectuosité,
nous nous engageons à y remédier.
Cependant, vous devez enregistrer votre produit pour que
notre service après-vente vous offre la meilleure attention et
réponde efficacement à vos questions.
Garantie commerciale Stûv
La garantie Stûv concerne tout acheteur final (utilisateur) d’un
appareil Stûv. Elle prend cours à la date de facture de vente
originale du vendeur à l’acheteur.
Durée de la garantie
Sans préjudice de la garantie des vices cachés, la garantie
commerciale Stûv est de :
5 ans sur le corps du foyer
3 ans sur les autres pièces (
rille de fond, mécanisme de porte,
charnières, poulies, glissières, fermoirs,...)
Valable pour les foyers achetés après le 01/07/2010.
Seule la facture de vente établie par le revendeur à l’acheteur
final est valable comme preuve pour la garantie.
Pour les achats antérieurs au 01/07/2010, se référer aux
conditions de
arantie reprise dans la notice installation/mode
d’emploi remise avec le foyer.
Conditions d’application de la garantie
Pour bénéficier de cette garantie commerciale, il faut nous
renvoyer le formulaire de garantie dûment complété dans les
30 jours qui suivent votre achat.
Vous recevrez ensuite votre certificat de garantie Stûv, par e-
mail à l’adresse communiquée ou par courrier. Conservez bien
ce document. En cas de problème avec votre foyer, adressez-
vous à votre revendeur. Vous devrez lui présenter ce certificat
pour que la garantie commerciale soit effective.
