(21) AIR CLEANER BASE
Insert the breather pipe into the breather cover and air cleaner base then mount the air cleaner base

Then install the element and cleaner cover
(20) GOVERNOR LEVER, CARBURATOR
(a) Mount the governor lever on the governor
shaft Do not adjust the bolt on the governor
lever yet
(b) Attach the governor rod and rod spring to
the governor lever
(c) Replace the gasket of insulator with a new
one and mount the insulator on the cylinder
head intake side
(d) Hook governor rod to the governor lever
and throttle lever of carburator
mount the carburator to the cylinder head
(e)
Hook the linkage bushing to the governor rod
