Excessive noise may be due to several factors. Ensure the air compressor is installed on level ground according to the installation procedure. Check if transport fixtures were not removed and remove them. Also, re-tighten or replace the V-belt if it is loose. If the rubber vibration isolators are worn, they should be replaced. For issues related to the SRL reverse rotation, scroll head failure, or electric motor failure, contact your local Sullair distributor.

Low discharge pressure can be caused by a few things. First, check for leaks in the internal air compressor piping and re-tighten all the air compressor pipe fittings. If the safety relief valve is leaking, replace it. A clogged or dirty intake air filter can also cause this issue, so replace the intake air filter element. For check valve failure, contact the local Sullair distributor.
