Allowable transmitted torque (Tab. 1) could be limited by mounting bolts. The recommended bolt grade, quantity, size
and tightening torques for the output flange and ring gear housing are shown in Tab. 1.
11.3 F2C-A lubrication and maintenance
The FINE CYCL reduction assemblies F2C-A are lifetime greased and suitable for any mounting posi-
tion.
We recommend the unit is returned to Sumitomo Drive Technologies for inspection and regreasing after
5 years to increase service lifetime.

fulfil the requirements of guideline 94/9EU, provided
installation is in accordance with the assembly tolerances and assembly methods shown at tab. 1, as
well as safety instructions shown in chapter 6.6, 6.7 and 7.
