Low-Battery
Indicators
When
the
battery
power
is
low,
the
lock
flashes
a
red
light
and
plays
a
melodic
tune
every
time
the
lock
is
used.
When
this
occurs,
replace
all
4
batteries
with
premium
AA
Alkaline
batteries.
Batteries
are
estimated
to
last
about
a
year
in
normal
use
,
about
1 0
locking
and
unlocking
operations
per
day
,
although
actual
usage
would
vary
depending
on
the
frequency
of
use
,
temperature
,
humidity,
and
battery
quality.

Changing
the
Batteries
1.
Unscrew
the
battery
compartment
cover
on
the
interior
side
of
the
lock.
2.
Remove
the
battery
compartment
cover.
3.
Replace
all
4
of
the
batteries
with
premium
AA
Alkaline
batteries,
matching
each
battery's
polarity.
4.
Screw
the
battery
compartment
cover
back.
