Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble Base Frames

Connect base frames and rear cross tube using specified hardware.

Step 2: Attach Upper Frame

Mount the upper frame onto the front upright frames with hardware.

Step 3: Connect Upright Frames to Base

Attach front upright frames to the base frames and tighten all bolts.

Step 4: Install Sliding Tubes and Barbell Bar

Attach sliding tubes to the barbell bar and mount onto rear upright frames.

Step 5: Attach Rear Upright Frames

Secure the rear upright frames to the front upright frames using bolts.

Step 6: Attach Support Frames

Connect support frames to upright frames and rear cross tube with hardware.

Step 7: Install Weight Plate Holder Sleeves

Attach weight plate holder sleeves to support frames with bolts and washers.

Step 8: Attach Handlebars

Mount the handlebars to the upper frame using bolts, washers, and nuts.

Step 9: Install Hooks and Safety Catches

Insert safety hooks and catches into the front upright frames at desired height.

Step 10: Secure Rack to Ground

Bolt the rack to wood or cement ground using provided or separate hardware.

Daily Maintenance

Regular inspection and tightening of all parts, checking for wear.

Weekly Maintenance

Cleaning metal frames with a dry cloth and plastic parts with a damp cloth.
