  There could be several reasons why your Sunrise spas Hot Tub water isn't hot enough. First, check if the set point is at the desired level and change it if necessary. Ensure the circulation pump is running and that the valves on the circulation pump/heater system are open. Make sure the spa is covered when not in use to retain heat. If an error message is displayed, check for open gate valves, correct the water level, and examine the filter cartridge(s). Turn the spa power off and back on. If the issue persists, contact your dealer. The system input current setting might also be restricting heater operation, so consult with your dealer or electrician. Finally, consider adding insulation to protect the underside of the spa from cold winds or snow.

Contact your dealer and DO NOT use the spa. Take measures to ensure others do not use the spa.

Check the jet pump fuse in the spa pack and replace it if blown. If the problem persists, contact your dealer. Also, the jet pump may not be primed; shut off the spa to allow trapped air to escape, then restart it. If problems continue, bleed air at the pump directly. Make sure the individually adjustable volume jets are not set too low and the air control is open. If the pump has overheated, wait for it to cool and reset. If the motor works but there is no water movement, contact your dealer for service.

If the jet internal is broken or damaged, replace it. Finally, inspect the jet internal for debris, remove it, and reinstall it.
