What to do if my SunSetter Outdoor Furnishing EasyScreen doesn't work after installation?

If your EasyScreen isn't working after installation, first, ensure you're using the Remote that came with it, as each Remote is uniquely different. For a Multi-Channel Remote, confirm you are on the correct channel programmed to the EasyScreen. Test the power receptacle with a small appliance, or if hard-wired, confirm power to the circuit. Inspect the power cord for damage. Listen to the motor when pressing the UP or DOWN button. If the motor turns, the Fabric Panel may be stuck; try gently tugging on the Hem Bar. If the motor doesn't turn, the issue may be with the Remote. Perform a self-test by holding the UP or DOWN button for 5-10 seconds; a blinking LED indicates the Remote is working. If the LED doesn't blink, replace the battery, especially if the Remote got wet.
