  If your SunStar Sewing Machine has a short upper thread after trimming: * Check upper thread tension and set to LONG or MEDIUM length of trimmed thread in data set-up if the upper thread is trimmed too short and comes unthreaded. * Set to MEDIUM or SHORT length of trimmed thread in data set-up if the upper thread is trimmed too long and the thread tail remains on the embroidery. * If the upper thread is held due to a narrow velcro space in the upper thread holder, clean the velcro.
