1. The method of tearing down the counter knife
1) Put down the sewing machine
2) Take down the screw ① and positioning finger ②
3) Take down the screw ③ and counter knife ④
※ Please grinding the counter knife④ when it is not for
cutting thread.(Fig.16)
2. The method of tearing down the moving knife
1) Lifting the presser foot for using hand lifter
2) Take down the screw ⑤, put down the needle plate ⑥
3) Turn the wheel and stop the needle bar at its highest position
4) Drive the knife link ⑦ as illustrated by the arrows, and stop to the position when screw ⑧ is unfolded
5) Take down the screw ⑨ and moving knife
Attention:
1. Please take down the needle before removing the needle plate and moving knife
2. Assemble by reversing sequence
