No Utility 12 Missing Grid
· Check whether AC grid(voltage and
frequency) is beyond the scope;
· Check whether the connection of AC
side is correct;
· If still at fault, please ask for help.
Comm loss 13 Communication abnormity Ask for help if still at fault after
rebooting.
Temp Fault 14 Temperature too high or low Ask for help.
Fan Fault 15 Fan abnormity (Warning) Check the fan. If not turn, contact to
exchange.
ISO Fault 16 ISO abnormity · Check whether the output voltage of
PV array is in the allowing range.
· Check whether the insulation of PV
cable is good;
· Inspect whether the installation is
correct according to the manual.
· If still at fault, please ask for help.
Unknown grid 17 Report unknown grid fault
when failing to detect
Ask for help.
EEPROM Fault 18 EEPROM read or write loss Ask for help if still at fault after
rebooting.
DCI Fault 19 DCI over limit Ask for help.
Short Circuit 20 Output Short Circuit Ask for help.
