DIVERTER
VALVE MAINTENANCE
If the diverter valve of your hot tub is dicult to
rotate, the reason could be the accumulaon of
residues in the valve. Please remove such residues
as soon as possible to prevent damage to the
diverter valve.
In order to do this, please follow these steps:
Switch o the isolaon switch/turn o plug to shut
o the power supply to the hot tub
Li and shake back and forth to remove the
diverter valve handle
Unscrew top cap
Pull up and remove the valve body
Wipe the valve body and the valve inner wall
Lubricate the O-ring with waterproof lubricants
Reinstall the diverter valve and turn on the power
to the hot tub
Jet maintenance
If you nd that the jet rotaon speed is slower than
usual, or the jet is scky to turn, the reason could be
the accumulaon of sediment between the jet and
the jet housing.
To remove the sediment, please follow
these instrucons:
Unscrew the jet an-clockwise
The jet will get to a point where it is hard to turn
Twist the jet past this point and keep unscrewing
unl the jet comes out of the housing
Aer washing the jet with water, spin the rotary
secon of the jet (only for rotaonal jets). Now,
the jet should be able to rotate freely. If it can
sll not freely rotate, you can soak the bearing in
a cup of vinegar for one night (cider vinegar can
soen any sediment)
Wash the jet with water on the next day and then
carry out a rotaon test
You may also need to clean the jet housing to
ensure no sediment is stuck
Aer these steps are done you can screw the jet back
into the jet housing.

NOTE:
If the bearing can sll not freely rotate, you need
to soak it one more night. If the bearing sll does
not rotate, you must purchase a new one.
