USB Wake-Up
Use JPUSB to enable or disable USB
Wake-Up, which allows you to wake
the system up by pressing a key on
the keyboard or by clicking the mouse
when it is connected to the USB0
or USB1 port. This jumper is used
together with the USB Wake-Up func-
tion in the BIOS. Enable both jumper
setting and the BIOS setting to allow
the system to be awakened. See the
table on the right for jumper settings.

Watch Dog Enable/Disable
JP4 enables the function of Watch
Dog. Watch Dog is a system monitor
that takes actions when a software
application freezes the system. Close
pins 1-2 to reset the system if a pro-
gram freezes. Close pins 2-3 to gen-
erate a non-maskable interrupt for the
program that freezes. See the table
on the right for jumper settings. Watch
Dog must also be enabled in BIOS.
