Introduction
1-1 Overview
The SuperServer 6048R-TXR is comprised of two main subsystems: the
SC842XTQ-R606B 4U server chassis and the X10DRX dual Intel Xeon processor
serverboard. Please refer to our website for information on operating systems that
have been certied for use with the system (www.supermicro.com).
In addition to the serverboard and chassis, various hardware components have
been included with the server, as listed below:
•Two 8-cm rear exhaust fans (FAN-0082L4)
•One 9-cm front intake fan (FAN-0097L4)
•Two active CPU heatsinks (SNK-P0048AP4)
•SATA accessories:
One HDD backplane (BPN-SAS-842TQ)
Five 3.5" hard disk drive trays (MCP-220-00075-0B)
