Gaseous Contamination Specications
The total gaseous contamination, i.e., copper and silver corrosion rates, should not exceed
ANSI/ISA Standard 71.04-2013, severity level G1 (mild) as described below:
• A copper reactivity rate of less than 300 Å/month.
• A silver reactivity rate of less than 200 Å/month.
