3.3 Processor and Heatsink
Processor Overview
The motherboard supports 4th and 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors. The models of
not support the Max Series for high bandwidth memory (HBM) version.
Processors and heatsinks must be installed by the manufacturer.
3.4 Memory
The system supports up to 8 TB 3DS RDIMM/RDIMM DDR5 ECC memory with speeds up
to 4800 MT/s. For validated memory, use our Product Resources page.
Memory must be installed by the manufacturer.
