D-1500 product family is the third generation, low-powered 64-bit
SoC (System-on-a-Chip) processor that is optimized to deliver high performance,
energy efency and enhanced total cost of ownership solutions. The low-power
consumption of the processor makes it suitable for dense servers that can ef-
fectively take on hyperscale workloads, intelligent edge network or ultra-dense
embedded devices.
Based on the 14nm microarchitecture, the Xeon D-1540 SoC processor utilizes 8
processor cores on 45W of power.
