1.2 Processor and Chipset Overview
Built upon the functionality and capability of the 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processor
and the Intel 621A chipset, the X12SPZ-SPLN6F/LN4F motherboard provides system
performance, power e󰀩ciency, and feature sets to address the needs of next-generation
computer users.
The X12SPZ-SPLN6F/LN4F dramatically increases system performance for a multitude of
server applications and supports:

1.3 Special Features
Recovery from AC Power Loss
The Basic I/O System (BIOS) provides a setting that determines how the system will respond
when AC power is lost and then restored to the system. You can choose for the system to
remain powered o󰀨 (in which case you must press the power switch to turn it back on), or
for it to automatically return to the power-on state. See the Advanced BIOS Setup section
for this setting. The default setting is Last State.
