Why is my Supersonic SC-2212 remote not working?

  If your Supersonic LED TV remote control isn't working, first ensure the batteries are correctly installed, paying attention to the polarities. If that doesn't work, the batteries may be dead, so replace them with new ones. Also, make sure you're pointing the remote at the sensor on the TV and are within 6 meters of it, without any obstructions in the way.

  If your player does not recognize your Memory Card when plugged into the DVD player, check firstly that your memory card is compatible with the unit. Supported memory cards are SD, MS, MMC formats. We cannot however guarantee full compatibility with all the cards in the market because of the multiple technology standards in use. Should you have a compatibility problem, please use a memory card with a lower capacity or else connect the unit through a USB device.

  If the audio soundtrack and/or subtitle language is not the initial setting on your Supersonic LED TV, it may be because the audio soundtrack and/or subtitle language does not exist on the disc, and the language selected at the initial settings will not be seen/heard.

  An alternative language is not selected with discs which do not contain more than one language. Try selecting it from the DVD menu if one is available. In the case of some discs, the alternative language cannot be selected by operating the LANGUAGE or SUBTITLE button.
