What to do if my SureCall Fusion5 Extender has no signal or reception after installation?
    • A
      Amanda JohnsonJul 27, 2025
If you're experiencing no signal or reception after installing your SureCall Extender, check the strength of the outside signal as close as possible to the outside antenna. Also, double-check all signal booster and antenna cable connections. Ensure that your signal booster’s dB gain is turned up to full power on each dial.

Why is the red LED on my SureCall Fusion5 Extender ON?
    • L
      Laura PerezAug 4, 2025
The red LED on your SureCall Extender indicates that more antenna separation is needed. If you can't increase the separation and the Alert LEDs flash after the initial activation, lower the dial above the blinking LED by 5dB (for example, from 50 to 45) and check if your cell phone reception improves.

What to do if one of the red LEDs on my SureCall Fusion5 is flashing?

If a red LED next to the dials on your SureCall Extender is flashing, turn down the dB gain on the dial until the light goes OFF or turns yellow. Ensure the inside panel antenna faces away from the outside antenna and that you're using the recommended antenna separation: 72dB: 100-110 ft. separation; 65dB: 75-80 ft. separation; 55dB: 60 ft. separation; 50dB: 50 ft. separation; 45dB: 15-20 ft. separation; 40dB: 5-6 ft. separation.

How to troubleshoot a SureCall Fusion5 with no power?

If your SureCall Extender has no power, first verify that the booster switch is turned on. Then, connect the power supply to another power source to ensure the AC outlet is working and not controlled by a wall switch. If the green POWER LED on the signal booster remains OFF, return the power supply to SureCall.
