      If indoor signal coverage hasn't improved after installing your SureCall Extender, check the outdoor antenna installation, ensuring the mounting area is free from obstructions. Also, verify the outdoor signal strength at the antenna's location and confirm the antenna is correctly aimed towards your carrier's closest cell tower. Finally, ensure all cable connections are tightly fitted to the booster and antennas. Remember that signal bars are not always reliable, so test the signal by making a call.

      To troubleshoot a SureCall Extender that has no power, first verify that the booster switch is turned on. Then, connect the power supply to another power source and ensure the original power source isn't controlled by a switch that has cut off power to the outlet. If the POWER LED on the signal booster is OFF, return the power supply to SureCall.
