  If your Suzuki Outboard Motor engine won't start or is hard to start, consider the following: * Check if the fuel tank is empty. * Ensure the fuel isn't deteriorated. * Verify you're using the correct engine starting procedure. * Make sure the fuel tank air vent is open. * Confirm the fuel hose is properly connected and not kinked or pinched. * Inspect the fuel filter and tank filter for clogs. * Check the fuel pump. * See if the spark plug is fouled or the ignition system is faulty. * Check for loose electrical wiring.
