Remove the oil seal 1.
Remove the gearshift shaft bearing with the special tool.
09921-20240: Bearing remover set (15 mm)
Installation
Install the bearings with the special tool.
09913-70210: Bearing installer set (1, 2 22)

NOTE:
The stamped mark side of the gearshift shaft bearing faces out-
side.
Install the oil seal with the special tool.
09913-70210: Bearing installer set (22)
Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the oil seal lip.
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE A”
(or equivalent grease)
Install the gearshift cam 4 with the bearing 5.
NOTE:
The stamped mark side of the gearshift cam bearing faces out-
side.
