• Install the gasket 4 and cam chain tension adjuster cap bolt

NOTE:
Click sound is heard when the cam chain tension adjuster cap
bolt is installed.
• Tighten the cam chain tension adjuster cap bolt to the speci-
fied torque.
Cam chain tension adjuster cap bolt: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m)
• Cut the wire clamps 6.
• After installing the cam chain tension adjuster, rotate the
crankshaft (some turns), and recheck the positions of the
camshafts. (3-99)
After installing the cam chain tension adjuster, check
to be sure that the adjuster works properly by check-
ing the slack of cam chain.
