Differential: 3B-10
• Install the pinion gear assembly and fix the bearing
with new snap ring (1).
CAUTION
!
Replace the snap ring with a new one.
• Install the shifting sleeve (2) to the pinion gear shaft
as shown.
• Install the bearing into the gear case with the special
tool and fix it with the snap ring (3).
Special tool
(A): 09913–70210 (Bearing installer set)
• Install new oil seal into the gear case with the special
tool.

• Apply grease to the seal lip groove.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE A or equivalent)
• Apply 4 – 5 gram of water resistance grease to the
outside of seal lip groove.
: Grease 99000–25160 (Water resistance
grease)
• Apply grease to the bearings and dust seal lips.
