MAINTENANCE DURING STORAGE
Once a month, recharge the battery.
The standard charging rate is 0.7A ×
5 to 10 hours.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING TO
SERVICE
• Clean the entire vehicle.
• Drain all the engine oil. Fill the
engine with fresh oil as outlined in
this manual.
• Remove the spark plug. Turn the
engine a few times by pulling the
recoil starter. Reinstall the spark
plug.
• Reinstall the battery.
NOTE: Be sure to connect the posi-
tive terminal first, then connect the
negative terminal.
• Make sure that the vehicle is prop-
erly lubricated.
• Perform the INSPECTION
BEFORE RIDING as listed in this
manual.
• Start the vehicle as outlined in this
manual.
