Keep position of front brake master cylinder with caps upward.
Identifies parts dismounted from motorcycle.
Remove the bracket from the handlebar mounting position.
Install the throttle assembly onto the handlebars.
Tighten handlebar clamp bolts to the specified torque.
Install the front fork assembly with front brake caliper.
Tighten front fork bracket bolts to specified torque.
Install the front brake master cylinder onto handlebars.
Install the holder according to the mark "UP".
Check for brake fluid leakage after installation.
Install the front fender with mounting parts.
Clean front and rear brake disc plates.
Mount the front wheel assembly properly.
Insert disc plate and attach spacers to wheel hub.
Install front axle and cotter pin correctly.
Insert the boss of stand to the hole of frame.
Install front fork protector to the front fork.
Install brake hose clip to the front fork protector.
Install guide to the front fork lower bracket.
Check throttle operates freely and closes automatically.
Pass clutch cable through lever cover.
Adjust clutch cable and grease cable end.
Install engine stop switch to left of handlebars.
Clamp wiring harness with straps.
Clamp throttle cable to handlebar bridge pipe.
Insert front number plate to boss of front fork lower bracket.
Route brake hose and cables correctly.
Insert rear fender into boss of frame.
Securely tighten the rear fender nuts.
Install frame cover to the frame.
Fix seat assembly to rear part of frame cover.
Install radiator louver as shown in the photograph.
Install radiator cover with flange bolt and stepped washer.
Install fuel tank vent hose, avoid bending or twisting.
Stick the label on the fuel tank.
Check and add brake fluid to reservoirs.
Be careful not to spill brake fluid on components.
Bleed air from the brake hydraulic circuit.
Bleed air from the rear brake system.
Check and adjust front brake lever play.
Check and adjust throttle cable play.
Check throttle return and idle speed.
Check and adjust clutch lever play.
Check and adjust rear brake pedal height.
Check and adjust drive chain slack.
Tighten rear axle nut to specified torque.
Ensure rear sprocket alignment with engine sprocket.
Verify master link clip installation.
Adjust the setting of the rebound damping force.
Do not force adjuster screw past stopped position.
Adjust the setting of the compression damping force.
Do not force adjuster screw past stopped position.
Equalize air pressure in the front forks.
Do not pump air into the front fork.
Adjust the setting of the rebound damping force.

Inspect motorcycle performance during road test.
