FINAL REDUCTION GEAR BOX OIL
Inspect and change the final reduc-
tion gear box oil according to the
schedule in the MAINTENANCE
CHART. When changing the oil, use
oil with an API (American Petroleum
Institute) classification of SF/SG or
SH/SJ, or with a JASO classification
of MA.
Final Reduction Gear Box Oil Level
Check
Follow the procedure below to inspect
the oil level.
1. Park the vehicle on level ground.
2. Remove the seat. Remove the
fasteners and hook.
3. Remove the left floor board 1.
4. Remove the clutch cover 2.
