Labels on the motorcycle (V-STROM 800)
Read and follow all the labels on the motor-
cycle. Make sure you understand all of the
labels. Do not remove any labels from the
motorcycle.
<Degree of severity of damage and sum-
mary (EU, UK)>
The severity level of the label affixed to the
motorcycle is indicated by the warning sym-
bol and the background color in the upper
part of the label 1.
WARNING: and Orange background
Meaning
Indicates a potential hazard which, if han-
dled incorrectly (not followed), could result in
death or serious injury.
CAUTION: and Yellow background
Meaning
Indicates a hazard that, if handled incor-
rectly (not followed), could result in minor or
moderate injury.
