FUEL GUIDELINES
Use premium unleaded gasoline with an
octane rating of 95 or higher (Research
method). Using unleaded premium gasoline
extends the lifespan of spark plugs and
exhaust system parts.

Your motorcycle requires premium unleaded
gasoline with a minimum pump octane rat-
ing of 90 ((R+M)/2 method). In some areas,
the only fuels that are available are oxygen-
ated fuels.
Fuel used: Unleaded premium gasoline
Fuel tank capacity: 20.0 L (5.3/4.4 US/
Imp. gal)
NOTE:
• The engine of this model is designed to
use premium unleaded gasoline.
• If the engine develops some trouble
such as lack of acceleration or insuffi-
cient power, the cause may be the fuel.
In such case, try changing to a different
gas station. If the situation is not
improved by changing, consult your
dealer.
