Main menu not loading, missing
themes, and other stability issues
could mean the rmware is corrupted.
G2 needs a stable and constant
internet connection to download the rmware.
If the internet is suddenly disconnected or extremely slow,
the download will be interrupted. It will try to download it
4 more times before aborting.
G2 has an automatic repair function.
It can know if the system lacks a le or has a corrupt le.
Most times, it will automatically open "WiFi Mode" and try
to reconnect to the internet to start downloading the
missing/ corrupted les.
When it does, please allow it some time to complete.
If it does not open wi mode by itself, you can do it
manually, see the next page for info.
In SX-Panel go to the SUPPORT page. Search for the
maintenance section. Press download to re-download the
whole rmware again. Make sure the connection is stable,
and the internet is available.
