6.7 Replacing rotor drive belt
Note:
Depending on model, left or right, it may be necessary to remove the heat exchanger in order to replace a
broken drive belt since the belt pulley cannot be accessed.
If the rotor motor is placed at the back of the unit, it is recommended to remove the heat exchanger to
change the drive belt, see chapter 6.7.2.
If the alarm Rotor guard is raised the rotor drive belt may be damaged or broken, see chapter 9.1.
The replacement drive belt (1) is adjustable and delivered with a nipple attached in one end.
Danger
• Make sure that the Mains supply to the unit is disconnected before performing any maintenance or
electrical work!
Warning
Risk of personal injury! The heat exchanger weighs about 14 kg. There is a risk that the heat exchanger falls
out of the unit.
Make sure that small children are not beneath the unit when the heat exchanger is removed!
