Afteralongtimeofusedustmaybuildupintheexchangerandblocktheairow.Itisimportanttoclean
theexchangerregularlytomaintainhighefciency.InTopvexTRthecompleterotatingheatexchanger
blockcanbetakenoutoftheunit(gure8)forcleaningandmaintenance.Washinhotsoapywateroruse
pressureair.T opvexSRhasaxedheatexchangerblockandneedstobecleanedinsidetheunit.Use
pressureair.Donotusedetergentcontainingammonia.
Checkatleastonceayearthattheexchangerrotorrotateseasily.Checkthisbyremovingthedriving
beltandmovetherotorbyhand.Checkalsothatthebrushesareundamaged.Therotorbearingsare
permanentlylubricatedfromfactoryandshouldnotbere-greased.
Check4timesperyearthatthedrivingbeltissufcientlytense,thatitfollowsthetracksandthatitis
undamaged.Ifthebelttensionistoolowitneedstobeshortened.
