Alwayscheckifthereareanyalarmsactiveinthecontrolpanel.
1.Fan(s)donotstart
•Checkifthereareanyalarmmessages
•Checkthatthefusesarenotdefect(pos.7gure4)
•Checkthesettingsinthecontrolpanel(times,weekschedule,auto/manualoperationetc.)
2.Reducedairow
•Checkthesettingsformediumandlowfanspeed
•Checkthattheoutdoor/exhaustairdamper(ifused)opens
•Checkifltersneedchanging
•Checkifdiffusersandlouvresneedcleaning
•Checkdiffuser/louvreopenings
•Checkiffansandexchangerblockneedcleaning
•Checkiftheroofunitorairintakeisclogged
•Checkductsforvisibledamageand/orbuildupofdust/pollution
3.Coldsupplyair
•Checkthecontroltemperatureonthecontrolpanel
•Checkiftheoverheatingthermostathastripped.Ifnecessarypresstheredbutton,ontheelectrical
heater(pos.11gure4).
•Checkiftheextractltermustbechanged
•Checkifthefanshavestoppedduetooverheating.Ifsothethermalcontactmighthavetripped
(showsasFanalarminthecontrolpanel).
4.Noise/vibrations
•Checkthattheunitiscompletelyleveled
•Cleanthefanimpellers
•Checkthatthescrewsholdingthefansaretightenedproperly
5.4.1Alarms
Thealarmbutton(pos.1,gure5)opensthealarmqueue.Whenpressingthisbuttonactiveand
non-acknowledgedalarmswillbedisplayedinthemenuwindow.Thealarm-LED(pos.2,gure5)is
ashingiftherearenon-acknowledgedalarmsandsteadyifthealarmsarestillactivebuthavebeen
acknowledged.Iftherearemultiplealarms,useUP/DOWNtomovebetweenthem.Analarmcanbe
acknowledgedorblockedbyusingOKandUP/DOWN.T oabortandgobacktostartmenupresscancel
andthenpressLEFT .
