Frisch- und Fortluftklappen
Klappenstellmotoren mit Federrückstellung für Frisch- und Fortluft (Versorgungsspannung
230V AC) werden über die Klemmen “NO” auf der Hauptplatine (PCU-EC) im Gerät gesteuert,
Klemmenbezeichung ist “Interlock”/“NO” bzw “COM”. Die Aufgabe der Klappen ist es zu
verhindern, daß kalte Luft durch das Gerät strömen kann wenn dieses nicht in Betrieb ist und
sie schließen sobald die Rücklauftemperatur unter die eingestellte Frostalarmgrenze (FPS, 7-
12
o
C) fällt.
Beispiel Klappenmotor: Belimo type LF230 or TF230 (oder gleichwertig).
Dampers Outdoor air/Exhaust air
Damper motors for Outdoor air intake and exhaust air (operation voltage 230V AC, type spring
return) are controlled by “NO”-contacts on main PCB (PCU-EC) in unit, terminals marked
“Interlock”/“NO” and “COM” respectively. The purpose of the dampers is to prevent cold air to
enter the building when unit has stopped, for instance during night operation. The dampers
will also close if return water temperature from the battery is below alarm limit set point for the
frost protection sensor (FPS, 7-12
o
C).

AUTOMATISCHE ENTEISUNGSFUNKTION
Das Gerät ist mit einer automatischen Enteisungsfunktion ausgestattet, die aktiviert wird bei
Gefahr von Vereisung in der Gegend vom Wärmetauscher. Die Funktion die von
Außentemperatur gesteuert wird Verringert den Zuluftstrom und/oder Erhöht den Abluftstrom in
voreingestellten Zeit-Zyklen, die auf der aktuellen Außentemperatur und die eingestellte
Empfindlichkeit die in der nachstehende Tabelle aufgeführt abhängig ist. Die verschiedenen
Enteisungsstufen können im Kontrollpanel des Geräts eingestellt werden. Siehe “Bedienung-
und Wartungsanleitung“ für eine Beschreibung, wie diese eingestellt werden können. Stufe 3
ist ab Werk voreingestellt.

AUTOMATIC DEFROST FUNCTION
The unit is equipped with an automatic defrost function that is activated when there is risk of
icing in the area around the rotating heat exchanger. The function, which is controlled by the
outdoor temperature will reduce the supply airflow and/or increase the extract airflow in preset
time cycles that depend on the current outdoor temperature and the sensitivity level the
function is set in as described in below table.
The different levels can be set from the units control panel. See ”User and maintenance
instructions” for a description how these can be set. Level 3 is preset from the factory.
