MALFUNCTION
POSSIBLE CAUSE
REMEDY
1. Pump has no
flowrate, motor does not
start.
1. No power supply availble.
2. Rotor is blocked.
1. Check if the the power supply is
available and if the plug is correctly
plugged in.
2. Check cause and release rotor.
2. Motor starts but does
not pump enough or at
all.
1. Pump is not immersed
completely.
2. Deep and/or head are
exceeding indicated values.
3. Intake is clogged.
4. Rotor is blocked.
1. Fully immerse the pump in water.
2. Change the installaton of the appliance
so that max. intake deep or head do not
exceed indicated values on the technical
data table.
3. Remove parts that may cause clogging.
4. Disassemble front cover and take away
rotor from its seat. Remove parts, insert
rotor and reassemble front cover .
