What to do if my T.I.P. MSC 3/3 M motor is running, but no liquid is being discharged?
- CCheryl HallJul 29, 2025
If your T.I.P. Water Pump's motor runs but doesn't discharge liquid, several issues could be the cause. First, check for and remove any clogs in the intake openings or the pressure line. Also, make sure there are no kinks or disturbances in the connection lines. Next, inspect the check valve (non-return valve) for blockages or damage; clear any blockages or replace the valve if needed. Ensure the intake inlets are fully immersed in the liquid. Finally, verify that the pump head isn't exceeding the specifications in the technical data; adjust the installation to ensure the suction height remains within the maximum value.
