Sanitizing
Step 1
Prepare one gallon (3.8 liters) of an approved 100
PPM sanitizing solution (example: Kay-5r). USE
W ARM WATER AND FOLLOW THE MANUFACTUR-
ER’S SPECIFICATIONS.
Step 2
Pour the sanitizing solution into the hopper and allow
it to flow into the freezing cylinder .

Step 3
While the solution is flowing into the freezing cylinder,
brush-clean the mix hopper, mix level float, mix inlet
hole, and air tube. Brush--clean the mix level float and
stem (non--Softecht machines only).

Step 4
Place the power switch in the ON position.
