27. Remove and empty the grease trough. Rinse and

29. Once the grill pad has cooled, remove; wash and
rinse it thoroughly at the three-compartment sink. Flip
the grill pad over and reinstall it on the tool for the
next grill cleaning.
30. Wash, rinse, and sanitize all of the utensils and tools
used to clean the grill at the three-compartment sink.
