15. Once both grills are clean replace the clean rear
splash guards and re-insert the grease cans ensuring
the cans are pushed back and lock in place, Apply a
small amount of fresh fryer oil to the bottom grill
surfaces spreading the oil evenly with paper towels.
This will prevent the grill from rusting over time.
