* Calibrate the compass by holding the watch
face level in your hands while rotating yourself
clockwise, 360 degrees, taking 30 seconds to
complete the rotation
* Press ESC to confirm and exit Calibrate
• Press ESC to exit Compass set menu

Access the Compass Display (See section 9.2 for how
to access the Compass display)
• Hold M for 3 seconds to enter Compass set menu
• Press LAP/RST(DOwn) to scroll to Declinate
• Press M to select Declinate
* Press ST/STP(uP) or LAP/RST(DOwn)
adjust the angle of magnetic declination to
match the angle

10.1 BATTERy REPLACEMEnT
The Traileader comes with a user serviceable
battery. Replacement battery: CR2032
Note: All watch settings and saved
data will be lost.
• Use a nickel, or other small coin to
gently turn the battery door ¼” counter
clockwise to open
• Use a small pin between the battery
door and watch case to gently pop the
batter door away from the watch case
• Remove old battery
• Carefully replace new battery under the
battery clip but on top of the copper
coil spring
• The watch will sound 5 chimes if the
battery has been replaced successfully
• Replace the battery door
• Use a nickel to gently turn battery door
¼” clockwise to close
