TROUBLESHOOTING
If any abnormality will arise during use, please check the following
points.
Symptoms Check Points Correction
Have the batteries run
down?
Replace them with
two new alkaline
batteries.
No display when the
key is pressed
Have the batteries
polarities been
positioned incorrectly?
Re-insert the batteries
in the correct
positions.
Is the cuff placed
correctly?
Wrap the cuff properly
so that it is positioned
correctly.
Did you talk or move
during measurement?
EE mark shown on
display or the blood
pressure value is
displayed excessively
low or high.
Did you shake the wrist
with the cuff on?
Measure again
quietly. Keep wrist
steady during
measurement.
Note:
If the unit still does not work, contact the customer service
center. Under no circumstance should you disassemble and repair
the unit by yourself.
