What to do if Technogym Treadmill does not switch on?

  If your Technogym Treadmill doesn't switch on, first check the power supply at the wall socket by plugging in another appliance to ensure the socket is working. Also, verify that the two keys next to the circuit breaker are fully pressed down to close it. For other possible causes, such as a damaged power supply cable or a disconnected control panel connector, please contact the Technogym Technical Support Service.

Why is my Technogym Artis Run Treadmill too noisy?

  If your Technogym Treadmill is too noisy, it might not be properly leveled. Check the position and level using the rear adjustment foot. If the noise persists, it could indicate damaged bearings or a worn belt, in which case you should contact the Technogym Technical Support Service. Another possible reason is that the treadmill is not centrally aligned; align the treadmill as described in the paragraph headed "Aligning the treadmill".

What to do if I have problems monitoring heart rate with the chest band on my Technogym Artis Run Treadmill?

  If you're experiencing issues monitoring your heart rate with the chest band on your Technogym Treadmill, first ensure that other transmitters are not situated nearby (keep a minimum distance of 80 cm between units to avoid signal interference). Also, check for strong interference sources nearby, such as electrical appliances, and move them away. Dampen the inside of the chest band with water to ensure proper skin contact. If the chest band is worn or the transmitter is damaged, change the chest band.
